Thank you for shopping with Mint Cleaning. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 Business Days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be available within 24–48 hours.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
MiNT Cleaning is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at Ian@Dirtymint.com within 7 Days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
